About

A table people can sit down at.

Catering & Dining is operated by the chef and their partner. The idea is an intimate dinner at home, the week’s meals, or coffee at the gathering, handled by the people who cook it.

The goal is the gathering. Guests should be able to sit down, eat, and stay with each other. The chef and partner take the cooking, the plating, and the service from the first inquiry through the last plate or the last drink.

Food and coffee are both part of the practice: plated dining when the occasion calls for it, meal prep when the week needs feeding, and a barista setup when guests should be served a real drink.

More clients, more cities, and destination work are a direction. They are not a staff that is here today. The table stays small, and the attention stays direct.
